[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0/4] arm: xenctx support

This is the last remaining part of "arm: tools: build for arm64 and
enable cross-compiling for both arm32 and arm64", specifically the
xenctx bit. Since that posting I've split out the ia64 cleanup + a
whitespace cleanup and made xenctx actually do something useful on ARM.

I've runtime tested on arm32 but only build tested on arm64 since you
can't trace dom0 and I've not got an arm64 guest kernel handy.
