While nothing in the logs hints at it, I'm afraid this is again a
problem with the RTC emulation changes. The guest
restarted twice, and is apparently hanging while trying to
restart a third time.

Without any useful data at hand, I hope the bisector will
point out a commit that then may need reverting.
