I've applied the following patch to the Linux kernel and recompiled, 
and now features in elf note seems to be complete (as reported by xl):

But still the domain boots in PV mode. I've attached the output

hypervisor/tools patches applied correctly, but I will check again 
tomorrow morning in case I'm missing something.
