Xen on Xen isn't the only thing being cared about afaik.

>   nested vmx: emulate MSR bitmaps

3 bug fixes above that I would want to know whether they are
relevant for 4.2.

>   nested vmx: enable PAUSE and RDPMC exiting for L1 VMM
>   nested vmx: fix interrupt delivery to L2 guest
