The current 4.2 unstable does not seem to support xl block-attach
in the same way that xm did.

The back domain always defaults to 0 (Dom0) in:

tools/libxl/xl_cmdimpl.c

which prevents using a driver domain as a block device backend.

Looks like there is a patch from Daniel De Graaf discussed here:

which should be included in 4.2.
