They did confirm that part, by quoting the relevant pieces from their doc. This together with the Linux bits to enable 64-bit support on those CPUs result in the attached patch (on top of current -unstable, and requiring to either drop the hunk changing xen/arch/x86/hvm/nestedhvm.c, or to apply the patch at http://lists.xen.org/archives/html/xen-devel/2012-05/msg01830.html upfront.
