I didn't apply these three. Together with "libxl: events: debugging
output relating to ao's" from your following series they make "xl -vvv
create -c" with pygrub unusable due to the spamminess -- they print a
page of stuff roughly every second (corresponding with the on screen
countdown).

I did apply this one.
