For the beginning, I have the following points:

* xs.h -> xenstore.h
* Directory usage in libxl
  - dumps in /var/xen: wtf?
  - user data files in /var/lib/xen:
    What are the guarantees given for this files?
  - /var/run/libxl for temporary files
