From: srivatsa vaddagiri <vatsa@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx> kvm_hc_kick_cpu allows the calling vcpu to kick another vcpu out of halt state. the presence of these hypercalls is indicated to guest via kvm_feature_pv_unhalt.
