So the list is getting to be quite manageable. I think it is time we
started discussing plans for a 4.2, timelines etc.

As a starting point for discussion how about the following:

After next week's TODO list update (19 March) I start taking a much
harder line on what goes on the TODO list, especially the blocker list.
A strong case will have to be made for why any particular addition is
critical to Xen 4.2. This means that posting additions this week means
you will have a much greater chance of that item making it onto the list
for 4.2!

We then continue to focus on reducing the TODO list with a view to doing
a feature freeze on, lets say, 2 April (3 weeks from today, 2 weeks from
the "TODO list freeze").

At that point we become strict about not taking new features which are
not already on the TODO list, becoming increasingly strict WRT
nice-to-have vs blocker.

Aim to have -rc0 mid to late April, continuing weekly "Until Its
Ready(tm)", expecting the release itself to land in May or June.

Any thoughts? Too Aggressive? Too Pessimistic?
