Hi,

during a live migration of a hvm domain with pv-drivers I get a general
protection fault on the target machine just after the domain has been resumed
there. The fault occurs on vcpu 6 when it is trying to access the lapic timer.

Xen version is 4.0.2 (SLES11 SP1), on the console I see:

(XEN) io.c:194:d6 MMIO emulation failed @ 0020:ffff9700ff00de42: 89 b8 80 03 00
00

which is exactly the failing instruction in the domain. All registers seem to
be okay, %rax holds the virtual address of the lapic.
Needless to say this routine has no problems in normal cases. The domain was
migrated several times successful.

Has something like this been seen before?
