Attaching of device doesn't work very well because of kernel problems,
and detaching sometimes makes the kernel crash.

I've tried the following procedure for domain destruction, and it works ok:

1. remove frontend.
2. wait for backend to switch to disconnected state.
3. execute hotplug scripts.
4. remove backend.

Is this acceptable?
