[Xen-devel] DomU creation problem

I am running Xen 4.0.0 with kernel  3.0.1.stk64.

I have  a simple config file to create DomU but failed.
I have included config file and output message.
Do I have to have ramdisk? How could I create/get one?
Please help Thanks.
