[Xen-devel] if xend blocked

Dear All,

 

Thank you for your hard work on xen.

I’m new to xen , and I have a question to ask you for help:   When xen is blocked in some unexpected situation, if my program calls the virConnectOpen function at this time, will it returns or blockes?
