[Xen-devel] guest with vnif assigned fail to bootup when disable apic

Hi all
I found that when disable the apic(set apic=0 in config file), guest will hang 
at "get ip" when booting. This issue only exists when given vnif to guest. I 
don't see it with direct assigned NIC(VT-D device). And I found cs 22402 don't 
have this issue.
