We would certainly welcome back the ppc port.

Much has changed since 3.2.  It's probably worth reading the code for
the i386/amd64/ia64 code in xen-unstable and seeing what you need to
do, roughly, and using the old 3.2 port as a kit of possibly-wrong
parts.
