Oh, sorry. I mixed up -lutil with -luuid and thought we have UUID_LIBS.
Maybe we should add to config/StdGNU.mk

    UUID_LIBS = -luuid

and to config/NetBSD.mk

    UUID_LIBS =

and then use $(UUID_LIBS).
