[Xen-users] Re: [Xen-devel] PCI: Not using MMCONFIG, leave system completely hung while booting Xen 3.4.1



1). Get your serial cable hooked up.

> title Xen 3.4.1 Fedora (Michael Young PVOPS)
>         root (hd0,1)
>         kernel /xen-3.4.1.gz

2).  Add 'com1=115200,8n1 sync_console console=com1,vga guest_loglvl=all 
loglevel=all'

>         module /vmlinuz-2.6.31.6-1.2.80.xendom0.fc12.i686.PAE ro
> root=/dev/mapper/vg_xen-lv_root   pci=nommconf

3). Take out the 'pci=nommconf' and add: "debug loglevel=10 
initrd_ignore_loglevel sysrq_always_enable earlyprintk=xen console=hvc0 
initcall_debug"

4). Report back with the whole serial output.
