Keir: Please include the attached bzip2/lzma pv bootloader patch to Xen 
3.4-testing for 3.4.2.

It's a backport from xen-unstable. It's included in Fedora 12/rawhide
Xen rpms and seems to work OK. No pvgrub (stubdom) support yet.
