Which IDE is best suitable for inspecting xen code? Netbeans or eclipse can be used?

I haven't specifically looked at the problem of domain<->domain
performance. The quantization of time at 1kHz is a concern, but its not
clear to me whether it comes from Linux, Xen or some interaction between
them.
