        - "make tools && make stubdom" without libbz2-devel/liblzma-devel 
succeeds
        - "make tools && make stubdom" with libbz2-devel/liblzma-devel succeeds

c/s 20105:
        - "make tools && make stubdom" without libbz2-devel/liblzma-devel 
succeeds
        - "make tools && make stubdom" with libbz2-devel/liblzma-devel: tools 
succeeds, stubdom fails
