[Xen-devel] [patch] xend: pass-through Use pci_dict_to_bdf_str() in hvm_pci_device_create()



* Use pci_dict_to_bdf_str() in hvm_pci_device_create()
* Use pci_name instead of pci_str in error message, pci_str does not exist
