looks like a typo here you entered this by hand didn't you?!

grub found the file

grub found the file

grub found no such file /boot/initrd.img-2.6.18.8-xen on (hd0,0)...
typo in filename?

on grubs prompt a "ls (hd0,0)/boot" should show what grub can load and 
what not...
