[Xen-devel] [PATCH 0/5] move various NR_CPUS dimensioned arrays into per-CPU data

Since high NR_CPUS settings cause meaningful amounts of memory to be
wasted, this patch series converts at least most of those arrays which have
an element type wider than a pointer.

1: move x86's init_tss into per-CPU space
2: move x86's ucode_cpu_info into per-CPU space
3: introduce and use a per-CPU read-mostly sub-section
4: move cpu_{sibling,core}_map into per-CPU space
5: merge x86-{32,64}'s final linking scripts
