Fwd: [Xen-devel] undefined reference to 'ioctl'

Hi Xen developers,

After I made some modification to the source codes in xen, when I do a make all, I get the error of

undefined reference to 'ioctl'

But I have already #include <sys/ioctl.h> in the source code. Does anyone have a take of what's wrong then?
