Pulled from linux kernel upstream, to allow ACPICA corretly parse cpufreq info 
from some non-standard BIOS.

    ACPICA: Handle case NumElements > Package length

    Additional update for NumElements fix. Must handle
    case where NumElements > Package list length, pad package
    with null elements.
