It’s the Xen heap which is running out of memory (a fixed size ~10MB heap which Xen’s internal book-keeping structures are allocated from). Either demands have increased on that heap, or something is leaking.

memory should not be the problem unless the memory requirements of those test domains have been increased considerably recently. Here's the upper part of 'xm dmesg':
