x86: fix l1_disallow_mask() for HVM guests with pass-thru devices. 
changeset 18355: 1e99ba540356 

Bug1325 is fixed by this changeset.
But the small fix is not in xen-3.3-testing.hg tree.  Hi Keir, can you
please let it in?
