It’s not clear what this is for, and it will break AMD SVM.

Why are the existing paging interfaces not sufficient for your needs, if this scenario works okay with shadow pagetables? What’s so special about EPT?

The patch fixes a bug when EPT works with VT-d device in Linux HVM guest.
When EPT enabled, we should fill the EPT page table entries with the MMIO space of the VT-d device correctly.
