Hi, Keir, 
      It seems that some version of Windows2000 only support no more
than 15 cpus in ACPI table, otherwise it will cause a BSOD
KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED. This patch decrease the cpu counts in ACPI
table to 15.
