The patch attached enables the VPID feature. When present, it allows TLB
entries to be retained across VM entry and VM exit, and Xen can now
identify distinct address spaces through a new virtual-processor ID
(VPID) field of the VMCS. 

It applies to the unstable tree with the patch for EPT applied (i.e.
please apply the EPT patch first).
