Hi,

Question: Is there a way to get the current domain id from a domU in
kernel-space?

Background: I know there is current_domain_id() on the hypervisor, I
know most code uses DOMID_SELF when passing a domid to hypercalls, but
this acts like a flag and doesn't really give it the domid, unless u
reach the hypervisor, which can then call current_domain_id()...
etc...

And you think this is useful for what purpose?

What are you planning to do when/if the domain is saved+restored or migrated (it's getting a new ID when it's restored after either save or migrate)?
