When restoring a domain with a name that already exists, "xm restore"
would say "Restore failed", despite the nice descriptive error being
created by the _checkName function that detects this error condition. 

The attached patch forwards the error from Xend to the xm command, and
thus allows the actual error message to be shown to the user. I looked
at the code in "create" and I think this is doing the right thing.
