In Xen 3.0.3, it seems like PTEs can be
updated with ordinary writes.

There does not seem to be any validation
applied to PTEs after they are updated.

IN Xen 3.0.2 there was a function -- revalidate_l1(),
that re-validated a given p.t. page, given its prior snapshot.

This seems to be removed in 3.0.3.

Any clues as to why this new approach has been adopted?

Thanks,
