The messages must come from the network receive path (packet transfer from dom0 to domU). Do you notice poor network performance or outages? Are your filesystems or block devices network mounted?

I'm not positive, but they appear to coincide with a lot of block traffic.  Otherwise the system seems to work, although has erratic slowdowns.  Is this bad?
 

 It’s not really a good sign. What Xen version do you use? What dom0 and domU?
