If you want to have something to play with:

http://www.suse.de/~kraxel/kexec/README.vmlinuz-xen-kboot

 [ the pae/64 kernels are not updated yet and
   can boot from the virtual disk only ]

Put this into the xen config file:

  kernel="/path/to/vmlinuz-xen-kboot.32"
  extra="kernel=tftp:vmlinuz-xen"

extra="kernel=http://host/path/file" works too.
