All MSR read/write operations are set to exit according to the line
which sets "msrpm" to all ones around line 142 [I'm on an older
changeset, so that may be quite a long while ago] in .../hvm/svm/vmcb.c.

Certain MSR writes need to be tracked in the hypervisor to understand
what's going on, and most other ones should be "ignored".
