Did you use xen-unstable tree before changeset 11418?
Changeset 11418 probably fixed your problem.

Yes.  cset 11418 fix this issue in ia32 side. I can successfully mount
VBD partition in ia32 HVM with cset 11418 fix. Thanks for the info.
