Ryan,
I tried out these patches on an ES7000. 
It's an x86-64 two-node machine with 16 procesors and 32 GB of memory
total. 

I applied all of the six patches you had posted to the latest changeset
as of today(10946:e1a2a8029e9f).

Xen finds the SLIT and SRAT tables. I was able to bring up and down
multiple DomUs. 

I then tried running a set of tests (bringing up domus and running LTP
and Kernbench) and I found that the system was hanging. It wasn't
crashed (I could ping it etc). But it was running so slow that ssh
wouldn't work, even though I could use telnet to get on port 22.

I found out by accident booting into Dom0 and starting xm top hangs the
system in a similar fashion.

Nothing appears on the serial port.

I have attached the serial output.
I am trying to figure out why it is happening.

Is anyone else seeing similar issues? Are there any suggestions on the
approach I can take to debugging this?
