Hi,

I update scripts which extract dom0/domU/hypervisor image from kdump's
whole-machine image.  Now it supports x86_32 pae.
It needs libelf and work on x86_32 platform.
Converted images can be analysed by crash(dom0 or domU) or gdb(hypervisor).
