[Xen-devel] [PATCH 1/2][Resend] Store Virtual Block Device requests information into xenstat library. ver.2

This patch adds functions to handle VBD information into a xenstat library.

These functions read the information from /sysfs/devices/xen-backend/vbd-x-xxxx 
and store it into 'struct xenstat_vbd'. 
sysfs for VBD information is enabled by applying the previous patch.

'xentop' command calls these functions and displays VBD statistical information.
