.I FLAG
.SH DESCRIPTION
.B tbctl
is used to turn on and off the trace buffer.
.I NOTE:
A size must be set on the trace buffer using
.I setsize(8)
before the trace buffer can be turned on.

.I FLAG
should be either 0 or 1 where 0 turns the trace buffer off and 1 turns
the trace buffer on.
