[Xen-devel] [PATCH] get register context from other vcpu's vmcs for gdbserver-xen user

Hi Keir, Ian,

   Attached is the patch to get correct cpu register context for vmx domains for the gdbserver-xen use. It is using Keir’s new on_selected_cpus() function to execute vmreads on the correct physical processor. Also at the time of the remote processor call if the current vcpu is not the desired one it temporarily switches to the right vmcs to do the vmreads. Please comment or apply.
