Anthony-

Yes, this version works on Windows.  My first effort ran over the PS/2
port and the Windows driver only works over serial, that's why this
version works over the serial port, everybody's happy now.

I guess I'm not too bothered by burnin the serial port, it's easy enough
to add a second one if there's a call for it.
