The SuSE 10.0 version of Xen is not stable, no; quite the opposite.  You could
try removing any "nics=XXX" line from your config.  If that doesn't work,
please post your config and I'll take a look, but I suspect my answer would be
"upgrade to Xen 3.0.0".
