Keir:
        This is to add the TSC virtualization to keep guest TSC sync
with PIT interrupt. This also fix a previous bug that vmx guest saw:
        Losing too many ticks!
        TSC cannot be used as a timesource.  
        Possible reasons for this are:
          You're running with Speedstep,
        ......
