Hello,

I am writing a kernel for domU, and it does some jobs:
- check to see if the domain is domU or not. This requires access to
xen_start_info
- notify via event-channel, and this requires access to notify_remote_*

But neither xen_start_info nor notify_remote_* are exported :-(

Should we export them? That would be a great help to those write
kernel modules in Xen.

Many thanks.
Hieu
