Hi list,

I'm trying to test xen-unstable on x86_64 (150G2 has a Xeon 2.8). I
compiled xen-unstable and installed it.
Compiling the driver for the PCI-X card on the box I ran into a
problem with the missing linux-2.6.12-xen0/include/asm/irq_vectors.h
(included from irq.h if CONFIG_XEN is defined) and resolved it copying
irq_vectors.h from include/asm-x86_64/ which is the same in
include/asm-xen/asm-x86_64/mach-xen/ and succeeded in the compilation.
I had to patch the driver to remove the serial_number_at_timeout usage
from the struct scsi_cmnd (described in
http://debian.catsanddogs.com/forum/index.php/topic,35.0.html).
Then I created an initrd image with the driver and all its
dependencies, and tried to boot.
It recognizes my two sata hdds properly but cant read from them when
linux is trying to recognize the partitions reading the partitions
table.

Is there something wrong with my procedure ? Or something related to
xen-unstable ?

Thanks,
Michele
