Thanks for the comprehensive document -- we'll definitely find a home
for it on the web site.

Out of interest, any reason not to use debbootstrap for setting up the
domU partitions rather than copying over evrything from dom0? (I
normally use the latter technique too for my RH/FC installs, but it
always feels slightly distasteful. I was hoping that we could come up
with a procedure around debbootstrap and dpkg that was easy yet enabled
individual tailoring of each install).
