It's always port 1 in xenU. If you want the corresponding port in
xen0, issue a xc_evtchn_bind_interdomain:
 *pport1 = 0; /* wildcard */
 *pport2 = 1;
 xc_bind_interdomain(xch, DOMID_SELF, <domU>, pport1, pport2);
 /* *pport1 now contains local port */
